If your not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just contact us within 30 days of purchase to return the unused portion for a 100% refund of your purchase price, minus shipping costs.

The guarantee applies for all first time purchasers of an initial order of product, It does not apply to an individual's additional product orders placed after an initial order. Limit one (1) guarantee per product, per household.

  2. Any claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. 
  3. You must supply your full name, address and order number
  4. You must use a courier service that requires a signature for delivery. We cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail.
  5. You will be refunded minus the shipping costs.

 Damages and issues

If a product has been delivered incorrectly or damaged/faulty we will replace it for you once the original product has been returned, or process a refund. Photo evidence may be requested and you must notify us of any problems within 7 days of receipt of goods.
